Easy Wall Systems :
EASYWALL System is a sandwich wall panel made of cement board on the exterior. The interior composite core material is a system of lightweight concrete mix made from ordinary Portland cement, additives, aggregates, admixtures and Expanded Polystyrene.
This combination of material delivers rigidity, strength and the insulation factor needed. It also provides flexibility for the customer in the use of the wall to meet many requirements. The presence of lightweight aggregates, air entertainers and EPS acts as an insulator and provides Easy Panel with green building material characteristics.
The panels are available in thicknesses of 75, 100, 150 and 200 mm, and are available in height of 3.0 meters. One side of the panel has a male – tongue profile and the other a female-groove profile. When the panels are erected the tongue and groove fit together to form a precise fit. The result is a high quality wall ready to receive point of the time taken by conventional methods.
The panels are non-load bearing and electrical conduits can be embedded inside the walls. The system offers a practical solution for plumbing and other facility management requirements. Doors and windows can be installed quite simply.
In order to speed the assembly process and reduce manpower requirements the panels are manufactured in 610 mm wide sections to enable easy handling. The reduction of manpower and significantly faster assembly are key elements of the value proposition of the EASYPANEL WALL SYSTEM .

System Advantages :
1- THERMAL INSULATION/ENERGY SAVING :
EASY WALL is characterized by its superior thermal insulation. Since the expanded polystyrene (EPS) in the core acts as an air and vapor barrier it allows temperatures to be maintained for longer periods above or below ambient conditions.
EASY WALL offers an energy-efficient & airtight building, providing greater comfort and significant savings in heating and cooling costs. Where higher levels of thermal insulation are required EASY WALL offers a PU-insulated option.
Sandwiched within the core is a thick layer of solid polyurethane foam, one of the world’s most effective insulating materials.
2- RAPID INSTALLATION :
Building with the EASY WALL system contributes to rapid installation and a reduction in manpower. Economical large-format panels and a ready-finished surface means the walls do not need to be plastered. This ensures much shorter construction cycles.
3- ROBUST CONSTRUCTION :

EASY WALL partition walls can bear heavy attachments such as kitchen cupboards, wash basins and televisions with proper anchoring. Complies with BS 5423/2: 1992 .
4- EASY WALL FINISHING ( No Plastering / No Wet Trade ) :
One of the biggest advantages of the EASY WALL is the elimination of the conventional plastering process, which is time-consuming and expensive. Plastering is a serious impediment to the acceleration of a project schedule. EASY WALL has semi-finished surfaces so all that is required post-erection is simple paste and paint. EASY WALL is also flexible enough to allow other finishes, such as stone, wood, ceramics, EIFS system or even plaster.

6- LIGHT WEIGHT :
The standard dimensions of the EASY WALL is 610 mm by 3 meters. Because of its light weight – 70 – 80% lighter than conventional blocks – fewer laborers can handle each panel much more efficiently. The lightness of the EASY WALL may also have a positive effect on the structural design of multi-story buildings by reducing, in some cases, the cost of certain structural elements – for example, grade beams and slab thicknesses.
7- ACOUSTIC INSULATION :
Easy Wall Acoustic Walls are specifically engineered to dampen sound between rooms and in corridors. These panels are the ideal solution for residential units, hotels, schools and office partitions. EasyPanel acoustic walls provide high levels of acoustic insulation for serene living, dwelling and working. The sound reduction index value of a 100mm standard EasyPanel is 37 dB whereas the Easy Wall acoustic walls can achive up to 60 dB, higher than conventional concrete blocks.
8- FIRE RESISTANT :
EASY WALL is certified by CCS based on the Qplus scheme as being non-combustible with a 2-4 hours fire resistance level.
The panels can be easily cut and channeled to install electrical or plumbing extensions, and the patching process is simple and quick. The extensions can be factory-embedded, fixed b/w walls, chaste on-site or surface mounted.
9- EASY DOOR & WINDOW INSTALLATION :
Installation of doors and windows is easy with EASY WALL. A simple process allows door and window openings to be cut and prepared for assembly.
